We play a critical role in the growth and development of the people around us. We understand we are uniquely positioned to positively impact and empower families accross the entire Rio Grande Valley.
This is how ERG-CARES, our initiative to give back to the community, was born...
COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING
ERG-Cares is active with a number of community efforts, including raising funds for Emily's Meals, a faith-based, family initiated project, launched in McAllen, TX, dedicated to caring for the local homeless population. ERG aims to support Emily's Meals in their effort to provide meals, clothing, shoes, and other essentials to our growing homeless community, as well as access to medical, spiritual, and psychological services from our partners throughout the RGV.

We are actively involved in creating even more opportunities to give back to the communities that nurtured each and every one of us here at ERG. Our hope is to amplify our footprint throughout the communities we serve by acting responsibly and considering our impact on each other, our partners and the world around us.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is not complete without being able to give back to the community that we are part of. Every year we choose local organizations, that represent important causes in our community, as recipients for annual donations. This is just one way that we can contribute to a better world.
